Orders for prescription medicines will be processed only after successful verification of the uploaded prescription by our registered pharmacist.

Goodwill Medicos reserves the right to reject, cancel, or hold any order if:

• The prescription is invalid, expired, incomplete, altered, or illegible.
• The uploaded image is unclear or cropped.
• The prescription does not comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

By placing an order for prescription medicines, you confirm that the prescription submitted is genuine and belongs to the intended patient. Submission of false, forged, or misleading prescriptions may result in cancellation of the order and may attract legal action under applicable laws.
