At Goodwill Medicos, we strive to provide genuine medicines and healthcare products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– Only complete medicine strips and sealed/unopened products are eligible for return.
– Partially used or cut medicine strips will not be accepted.
– Opened bottles, packets, or any unsealed products are not eligible for return.
– The original purchase bill/invoice is mandatory. Returns without a valid bill will not be accepted.

Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. The return request must be made within 15 days of purchase.
2. Send a clear photograph of the item(s) you wish to return to our official WhatsApp number.
3. The product must meet all the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
4. The return will be accepted only after verification and approval by Goodwill Medicos.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

– Payments made through Paytm will be refunded to the same Paytm account on the same day.
– Payments made through Cash, UPI, or any other payment application will not be refunded immediately. The refund amount will be adjusted and returned in cash during your next purchase from Goodwill Medicos.

Important Notes

– Returns requested after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
– Goodwill Medicos reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
– Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (where applicable).
