Dolo 650 Tablet is a widely used medicine containing Paracetamol (650 mg). It is manufactured by Micro Labs Ltd. and is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain. Each strip contains 15 tablets.

Uses

• Fever
• Headache and body ache
• Toothache
• Menstrual (period) pain
• Pain and fever associated with cold and flu

How it works

Paracetamol reduces the chemical signals in the brain that cause pain and fever. This helps bring down body temperature and relieves pain.

How to take

Take it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It is better taken after food.

Precautions

• Do not take more than the recommended dose. Too much paracetamol can cause liver damage.
• Do not take it with other medicines that also contain paracetamol.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
• Consult your doctor first if you have liver or kidney disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Side effects (uncommon)

Nausea, stomach upset, or skin allergy/rash. If these occur, stop the medicine and contact your doctor.
